Creating a PDF

NOTE: This tutorial assumes you have Adobe Acrobat Professional installed on your computer. If you do not have it installed, follow the directions at this tutorial to install Acrobat on your computer.

In the latest version of Adobe Acrobat, Adobe has added an option to print from any program directly to PDF. To print to PDF:

  1. Print your document as you normally would except select “Adobe PDF” as your printer.
  2. A pop-up window will appear as soon as you click “Print”. Choose where you would like to save your PDF and click “Save”.
  3. Acrobat will convert your document to PDF, and open it in Acrobat once it is finished.
